BESIDES DANCE, I ENJOY: Reading books of every genre, but especially poems and those that challenge my mindset. I love deep conversations with friends, laughing loudly, playing cards/ games, yoga, organization, long hikes, and spending all day on the beach. 

 

SOMETHING I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT:

Movement as medicine, failing well, staying curious and open. 

 

A CHANGE I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN THE WORLD: I would love for the world to change its focus. To prioritize Self alongside collective humankind and our earth. To truly be present. 

 

SOMETHING UNIQUE ABOUT ME: I will straight up drink soy sauce I love it so much. 

 

MY BIGGEST INSPIRATION IS:

My friends. Our conversations are endless and our curiosity and honesty creates space for growth. We challenge one another with love and respect and understand that multiple truths can exist. We work on ourselves, without judgement (to our best efforts), and share what we’ve come to understand. They inspire me by being honest with themselves, asking hard questions, and always bringing me back to joy and gratitude.
